Long bio
Chad Moore grew up in New Orleans, raised by a single mom, and learned about money the hard way. He started his first business, a car detailing company, at 16. At 20 he joined the U.S. Air Force, graduated with honors from Technical Training School, and spent six years as a Computer Security Program Manager with communications and air combat squadrons and served as a UN peacekeeper with Operation Uphold Democracy in Haiti. He earned the Air Force Commendation Medal, the Air Force Achievement Medal, the Joint Meritorious Unit Award and multiple Airman of the Month awards.
In 1998 he contributed to the SANS Institute’s Windows NT Security: A Step-by-Step Guide. After the Air Force he worked as a management consultant for Fortune 500 companies at International Network Services and Lucent Technologies, then as Consulting Director for two California IT firms. In 2004 he founded Xonicwave, which was profitable in its second month. Today Xonicwave holds 5 stars from 85 Google reviews and keeps 92% of its clients. Along the way Chad bought rental homes and invested in his future.
