Privacy Policy
What this site collects, why, who it’s shared with, and your choices.
Who runs this site
chadmooreofficial.com is run by Chad Moore personally, in Las Vegas, Nevada (“I,” “me,” “my”). Questions about privacy go to [email protected]. Mailing address: 3111 Camino del Rio North, Suite 400, San Diego, CA 92108.
What I collect
- What you send me. If you email me, fill out my contact form or sign up for my email list, I get what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company and anything you choose to write. My management team reads contact form messages to reply to you.
- How you use the site, only with your OK. If you click “Accept” on the cookie banner, Microsoft Clarity records how you use the site: pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, and your device and browser type. Clarity masks text you type in forms. If you decline, Clarity does not load.
- Basic server data. My hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and block attacks.
Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools tell me how the site appears in search results. They add nothing to this site and don’t track you here.
How I use it
- To answer your messages and send what you signed up for, like the free worksheet and my emails
- To understand what’s working on the site and improve it
- To keep the site secure
Who I share it with
I don’t sell your personal information, and I don’t share it for targeted advertising. I use these service providers, who handle data on my behalf:
- MailerLite: email sign-ups and newsletters
- Microsoft Clarity: site usage, only with your consent
- Cloudflare: hosting and security
- Membership platform: if a paid Wealth Series membership is offered and you join, the platform you sign up on handles your account and payment under its own privacy policy
I may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect my rights or someone’s safety.
Purchases and other sites
Books are sold on Amazon, and other links go to sites like Instagram and Xonicwave.com. Those sites have their own privacy policies. I never see your payment details.
Your choices
- Email: every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Cookies: change your choice any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, I treat it as a “Decline.”
- Access or deletion: email me to ask what I have about you, or to have it deleted. I’ll reply within 30 days.
- Nevada residents: I do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law. You can still send a request to opt out to the email above.
Children
Some of my books are for kids, but this website is meant for adults, including parents. I don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent me information, email me and I’ll delete it.
How long I keep it
I keep email list information until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. Clarity usage data is kept by Microsoft for up to 13 months. Emails you send me are kept as long as needed to respond and keep records.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, and I limit who can see your information. No method is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect it.
Changes
If I change this policy, I’ll update the date at the top. Big changes will be posted on this page.
